With over 30 years in the design industry, Lisa brings a wealth of experience and passion to Valley Imports and Designs. Lisa thrives on the variety that comes with each new customer and project, viewing every experience as a fresh opportunity to create something meaningful.
A lesser-known fact about Lisa is her lifelong curiosity about weather phenomena. Growing up, she dreamed of becoming a tornado chaser—though she now admits she might not be quite the thrill-seeker she imagined!
When not working, Lisa enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and grandchildren, diving into a good fantasy or sci-fi novel, and expressing her creativity through home decorating and design—one of her greatest passions.

Madilen serves as Executive Assistant and a key member of our Inside Sales team. She is passionate about helping clients bring their dream homes to life, combining her organizational skills and customer-focused approach to support both our team and our customers.
A fun fact about Madilen: she competed in pageants throughout her teen years and held the prestigious title of Miss Utah Teen USA.
Outside of work, Madilen enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.

Clara grew up surrounded by the world of design, with parents who design, build, and remodel homes. That background sparked a natural appreciation for creating beautiful spaces and connecting with people. Outside of work, she loves reading, spending time with friends, and hanging out with her dog, Arlo.

Outside of work, Robert enjoys riding his Harley and spending meaningful time with his family and friends.

Hugo brings 14 years of countertop installation experience to Valley Designs, including 10 years specializing in custom projects. His greatest satisfaction comes from seeing a customer’s reaction when the installation is complete and knowing the finished result has met—and hopefully exceeded—their expectations. Hugo loves working at Valley Designs because the team has become like family, united by a shared goal: creating an exceptional experience and a beautiful finished space for every client.
